Romy McGahan

Romy is proud to hold the title of Advanced Certified NeuroEmotional Coach and Educator, after years of rigorous study and practicum.

To set the stage for how she came to this powerful work:

A few years ago, on her 39th birthday at the start of the pandemic, she found herself sitting on the bathroom floor — exhausted, overwhelmed, and full of despair. Everything she’d been holding together was falling apart, and all her usual ways of coping had stopped working.

That moment became the turning point.

Romy discovered NeuroEmotional Coaching and began studying like her life depended on it — because in many ways, it did. She learned how the brain and body respond to stress, how to soothe the nervous system in real time, and how to communicate in ways that calm instead of escalate.

As she practiced, everything began to shift. Hope began to shine through the despair and she started seeing more clearly, and began responding instead of reacting. She learned to support herself and her children through momentous change with compassion and steadiness.

That experience changed the course of Romy’s life — and became the foundation of her work.

Today, as a NeuroEmotional Coach, she helps others do the same: to understand what’s happening in their nervous system, to use practical tools that restore calm and clarity, and to build emotional resilience that lasts; Emotional Sovereignty.

Because when you know how your emotional system works, you can stop fighting the uphill battles or sitting in despair — and start creating the life, relationships, and peace you’ve been longing for.
