Monica Celeste

Monica is a certified Advanced NeuroEmotional Coach and educator who works with the Center for Emotional Education. 

Since discovering Emotional Sovereignty School in 2021, Monica has been redesigning her life from the inside out. Learning the language and practice of Emotional Sovereignty gave her ways to identify, express, and work with things she’d previously not known how to put into words. She describes it as truly life-changing: a clear “before” and “after” that continues to deepen and expand through both her personal life and her work with others.

Monica’s coaching style blends Emotional Sovereignty with longtime passions and lived study in astrology, human design, and menstrual cycle wisdom. She has a gift for weaving multiple systems together in a practical way that’s easy to understand, helping clients ‘work with’ who they naturally are instead of against themselves.

Monica currently lives in Nashville with her daughter and three cats. She has a Libra Sun, Sagittarius Moon, Pisces Rising, and an undefined solar plexus in Human Design. If her lens on this work resonates with you, she would love to explore your emotional landscape together.
