Grief Confessional Form

What to send (10–350 words):

  • A truth you haven’t been able to say aloud.

  • A moment or memory you hold of you and your loved one.

  • Words you wish you could share with them.

Signature options: Anonymous, first name, initials, or a symbol (e.g., “✶”).

Prompt ideas: “I wish I could say… / The part no one sees… / What I’m not doing this year… / The moment that still grabs my throat…/ I still remember when we… / I can’t stop thinking about…”

Guidelines: Multiple entries are fine. Please avoid naming identifiable third parties or sharing ongoing legal/medical details. This is witness, not therapy or crisis support. If you need immediate help, we urge you to reach out to local crisis resources.

With permission, some confessionals will be shared on the podcast. But all will be read and kept in the living archive of Full-Time Grievers.
